On Saturday August 18th, Gippsland Footy will be attending this weekend’s clash between Boisdale-Briagolong and Wy Yung in the East Gippsland Football Netball League. This is the fifth time we will be live blogging a game this season, giving you up-to-date information on what is happening in the game, when it happens.
In case you are unfamiliar with our live blogs, here is what you can expect:

A live blog is a continuous feed of information, updated live as it happens. You may have seen one on AFL.com.au or major cricket websites, posting information ball-by-ball.

WILL I NEED TO REFRESH THE PAGE CONSTANTLY?
No. When the live blog is updated, it will show this NEW UPDATES bar, which you can click and the new update will appear.
HOW DO I FIND THE LINK TO THE LIVE BLOG?

There will also be other times we post the link on our social media pages between now and before the game begins.
CAN I EXPECT ANYTHING ELSE, APART FROM A LIVE INFORMATION FEED?
Yes. We will be planning on getting footage of the coaches addressing their teams during pre game and at the quarter breaks, snippets of match play and the team song by the winning team at the end of the game. We will also have a photographer at the game, though match photos are unlikely to be loaded until later in the week.
