THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS INCLUDE LIMITATIONS ON YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES. – Participants must like/follow Winsher Australia on Facebook and join Winsher Club to be eligible to win. – Spot the ball competition is promoted by Gippsland Footy and prize/s are provided by Winsher Sports (hence forth known as the promoter) via social media – specifically Facebook. – Competition timelines will be posted in the social media post. Participants will only be eligible to win during stated time period. – Entry is open to all ages, but entrants must reside in Australia. By entering a competition the entrant (‘entrant’, ‘you’, ‘your(s)’) will be deemed to have legal capacity to do so, you will have read and understood these terms and conditions and you will be bound by them. – You must not be an employee or an immediate family member of the promoter.
