MATCH PREVIEW

The third instalment of the 2018 grand final rematch will see Bruthen host Swifts Creek. The Bulldogs will be eager to make it three from three against the Demons this season. It looks like it could be that way with players such as Jamie Barton and Harley Kenner potent around goal with 54 and 28 goals
apiece.
In what has been a disappointing season for the 3-10-1 Demons, a win against Bruthen would be a positive sign for next season.
Coach, Dylan Hack, will play a huge role down back while younger brother, Beau, leads the side’s goal kicking with 14.
The last time the two sides faced off was back in round 10 when Bruthen won 136 points.

MATCH PREVIEW

Lindenow South hasn’t won a game this season and will likely remain that way when it comes up against ladder leader, Omeo Benambra, at Omeo.
The Ranges have the league’s best forward line in Jai Hayward and Damien Pedder who have bagged 47 and 44 goals each; more goals than the Swampies have kicked this season.
Cody Graske is also a key figure for Omeo Benambra and will be hoping his side can recreate its form from round 10 when the Ranges cruised to a 182-point win.

MATCH PREVIEW

In the match of the round and a preview to next week’s Elimination Final, Buchan will head in as favourites against Swan Reach at Swan Reach in what promises to be a fiery contest.
The Cavemen have won three of their past five games, one of those was against the Swan by 22 points.
Buchan’s Tom Buckley-Kohne booted five goals in that contest and will be dangerous once again while Jack Wheatfill also bagged five for Swan Reach.
The Swans are yet to beat the Cavemen this season and there would be no better time, to do so than now.
The Cavemen are the dark horse of the competition and have proven they can match it with the top two, coming a draw with Bruthen in round seven.
The Swans are due to make their first finals appearance since 2016. They will be hoping they can get through round 15 unscathed.
On a side note, this corresponding game last year was called off before half time due to an incident occurring on the field. Here’s hoping the two sides make it through to the final siren this time around.
