Moe-Newborough will host Boisdale-Briagolong in a 2nd vs 1st showdown. The Bombers have been the benchmark of the competition since it’s creation, with not too many teams coming close to them. The Allies have the best chance to achieve this feat, getting within three goals of the ladder leaders all the way back in Round 3. This game will also commemorate the awareness of Black Dog Mental Health round, which will see Boisdale-Briagolong don specially made guernseys for the occasion. For more information on this themed round, view an article published by the Gippsland Times here.

Foster will take on Warragul Industrials in a game where the home side will be wary of a hungry visiting side searching for it’s first win of the season. The two sides first met in the season opener this year that saw the Tigers record their only win of the year so far to the tune of 8-points. Since then it has been a rough road for both sides, struggling to remain competitive against the other four sides in the competition.
