Leongatha’s Matt Stevic has been selected to officiate the 2018 AFL Grand Final alongside other experienced campaigners in Shaun Ryan and Brett Rosebury.

This will be Stevic’s sixth Grand Final in seven years, having only missed the 2013 Grand Final since making his Grand Final debut in 2012.

Stevic made his AFL umpire debut in 2004 in the Round 1 match between Western Bulldogs and West Coast Eagles at Docklands. He has since gone on to officiate 355 AFL games.

Other honours include a VFL Grand Final in 2003, AFL All Australian Umpire in 2012 and International Rules Umpire in 2013.
