MATCH PREVIEW

Cora Lynn will travel down the highway to Bass as heavy favourites in their match against Kilcunda-Bass.

The Cobras - who have yet to lose a game this season so far - should have too much fire power over the Panthers who have struggled this season so far with just the one win.

The two sides have already met this season in Round 2, where Cora Lynn were comfortable winners by 59 points.

One would suggest Killy Bass will need to play their best football of the year in order to get close in this game and will rely heavily on the likes of Jake Weightman, Taylor Gibson and Jake Smith to get first use and kick goals. The Panthers' defence will also need to be on-song to quell the forward power of Nathan Gardiner and Nathan Langley.

MATCH PREVIEW

Sitting in 8th on the ladder and a win outside the top five, this is a game Bunyip must win if they want to be a finals contender.

The Bulldogs have struggled to find consistent form so far and have dropped their last two matches against both unbeaten sides in Phillip Island and Cora Lynn. Their biggest scalp in the last month has been against an on the decline Nar Nar Goon, and while they pushed Tooradin-Dalmore and Koo Wee Rup recently, the Yips are yet to defeat any team currently residing in the top five and games against sides below them are must wins.

For Warragul Industrials, it has been a bit of a development year and will need to fight hard against a determined Bunyip outfit. Avenues to goal have been their weak point this year and stalwart Shane Brewster will need help from his team mates should the Dusties take it up to their more fancied counterparts. The home side will also look to Tyson Bale, Michael Ablett and Will Gibson who will be their form players coming into this clash.

These two sides took each other on in Round 2 this year, which saw Bunyip win comfortably by 40 points.

MATCH PREVIEW

Phillip Island will host a young Korumburra-Bena outfit who will be keen to impress coach Paul Alger.

The Giants will likely lack the quality to match the Bulldogs, however they have shown that on their day they can match it with anyone for parts of a game. The visitors have will look to the likes of Ashley Snooks, Ben Fitzpatrick, Rhys Dixon and veteran Jamie Cann to get them over the line.

For the home side, boasting the names of Cam Pedersen, Brendan Kimber and Zac Vernon accompanied by Hayden Bruce & Alex Redmond will be hard to quell.

When these sides last met in Round 2, Beau Vernon's men thrashed Korumburra-Bena by 85 points.

MATCH PREVIEW

Tooradin-Dalmore's form has been patchy in the last month and with so many teams outside the top five jostling for a place in the finals, this is a must win game for the Seagulls.

The visitors are only 2 points ahead of Koo Wee Rup on the ladder and will be looking to put this game to bed early to help consolidate their current third position.

Dalyston are coming off a forgettable loss last week which saw them register 1.7 for the game and will be hoping to bounce back and notch their second win of the season. The Magpies will look to Blake Carew to put a winning score on the board but will need help from others, while Dean Wylie and Corey Wakefield will be important for the home side.

When these two sides last met in Round 2, Tooradin-Dalmore ran out comfortable 45 point winners.

MATCH PREVIEW

A hugely important match for both sides as the result of this game could potentially determine where these two teams finish at season's end.

Both of these sides are currently fighting for a finals spot, and while the Sea Eagles are currently sitting in fifth, Garfield's recent form suggests they could be a contender at the pointy end of the season. But the Stars will need to win this if they want to maintain that presence. Garfield currently sit in sixth spot just two points behind Inverloch-Kongwak and a win to the visitors could see them swap places with the home side.

However, Tom McQualter's men are starting to get their best side together slowly but surely and will not be easy to beat at home. In addition to playing to keep their spot in the top five, it will also be a milestone game for club champ Adam Cross who is set to become the clubs' games record holder with 311 games.

These two teams last met in Round 2, with the Sea Eagles victorious by 40 points.

MATCH PREVIEW

Make no bones about it, this is a must win game for Nar Nar Goon if they want to keep their finals chances alive.

In a stand alone Sunday match, the Goon risk falling away from the finals contenders should they drop this game. Their form of late has not been desirable either, with a raft of injuries not helping the cause.

The home side will also be up against it as Koo Wee Rup are in red hot form, who have won seven of their last eight games. The Demons find themselves in 4th spot on the ladder will look to consolidate that spot with a hard fought win. Jason Wells and Darren Sheen have proved to be a headache for opposition sides of late, having kicked a combined 31 goals in the last four matches.

When these two sides met last in Round 2, Nar Nar Goon came out on top by 23 points.
