Drouin Football Club have announced the key re-signings of senior coach Jordan Kingi and assistant Eddie Morris – who will also coach the Under 18’s side – for the 2019 season.

The pair signed on as coaches after the end of the 2017 season after the club failed to register a win in 2017. Drouin also requested a move to play in the West Gippsland Football Netball Competition for 2018, which was denied.

So far in the 2018 season, Drouin have won one game against local rivals and potential finals contender Warragul and drawn one game against Bairnsdale. However, their improvement has shown on the scoreboard recently – they lost to 5th placed Traralgon by 13 points and 3rd placed Sale by 14 points in the last fortnight.
